Why are the courses so short?

To ensure that you can concentrate and remember the information, we have designed the courses as short as possible. It doesn’t take much time to learn something new. Your time is precious. ;)

How do I stop a course?

You can stop a course by clicking on the cross to the right of the course. But be careful! All your progress will be lost if you stop a course.

Packback

What is PackBack?

PackBack is a network in which sturdy, high quality packaging, such as cups, is reused. With PackBack, to-go packaging no longer ends up in the trash. Instead, you can easily return packaging. This way we can avoid millions of kilos of waste together! Zero waste has never been so simple!

Why PackBack?

Throwing away those cups every time. What a waste?! We thought so too!

How does PackBack work?

PackBack works with a depositless system. What does that mean? Instead of the customer having to pay money in advance, our system is completely free. To do this, the customer has to do two things: download the PackBack app and create an account. The great thing about this; it can be completed in 30 seconds. It doesn’t get any easier, does it? The customer scans the QR code at your counter with every new order. With a successful scan the customer will receive a confirmation on his/her phone. If this is correct you can offer them a reusable.

How does the customer create an account?

You can create a PackBack account by downloading the app from the App store or Play Store. Click on this link to download it directly.

Reusables and deliveries

Wat zijn reusables?

Reusables is a collective name for the reusable packaging that PackBack works with. Reusables also just sounds better than reusable packaging ;)

Where can I order the reusables?

If your current stock is finished, you can report this to your manager. They can contact us via [add contact details]. It’s also always possible to message us via chat.

Delivery is not on time / incorrect.

Contact your supervisor and they can contact us via [add contact details].

The reusables don’t have a QR sticker.

All reusables must be provided with a QR sticker. Reusables without QR stickers must not be given out to customers and must be kept separate. Contact your supervisor and they can contact us via [add contact details].

The reusables are not clean / are broken.

Do not give the damaged reusables to the customer and keep them separate. Contact your supervisor and they can contact us via [add contact details]. Should a customer receive a damaged reusable, they can always contact us via the ‘Help button’ in the PackBack app.

Giving reusables to customers

How is a reusable handed out to a customer?

The customer has an account on PackBack-app. Next, they scan your QR code. This is the only way we can trace cups and avoid losing them. This step is very important, for us, but also for the customer!

When using PackBack, the customer must be able to prove that he/she has an account. How do you check this? When the customer scans the QR code, a green check mark will appear on his/her screen. The customer shows you this check mark and is then allowed to get a reusable.

The customer does not have a PackBack account.

Kindly request the customer to create an account through the PackBack app.Only then can they use reusables. Fortunately, this only takes 30 seconds, which is nice and easy!

The customer does not have a green check mark.

The customer only receives a green check if he/she has a valid PackBack account and no outstanding payments. Fortunately, the customer gets a message as to why they don’t have a green check, so refer to this if you get questions about it. With a few simple clicks they can rejoin the system.

Can multiple reusables be given to customers at the same time?

Yes, multiple reusables can be given out with a valid PackBack account. Just remember that all QR codes on all cups need to be scanned and returned in the SmartBin before the expiration date.
